DISABLED ACCESS

The Joan of Arc Historial endeavours to offer a comfortable visit.

Access to our facility is prioritised at reception for people with disabilities and their carers.

Any person holding a disability card is entitled to a reduced entry rate (€7.50) and a free ticket for their carer if the note “needs carer” features on their card.

The entire multimedia tour and the Mythotheque rooms are fully accessible to people with disabilities. The Tour de Guet is only accessible by a staircase.

To ensure a comfortable visit, the Historial can lend a wheelchair to visitors, please ask at reception.

The Historial also has multimedia systems for those with visual impairments (audio description tour) and those with hearing impairments (dialogue subtitles on tablet, tour given entirely in sign language).

To help organise your visit, please contact us at 02 35 52 48 02 / reservation@historial-jeannedarc.fr.

How to get to the Historial Réseau Astuce offers a variety of services to allow people with disabilities to get about easily by bus, TEOR, metro and car.
