ROOM RENTAL: THE SALLE DES ÉTATS
An innovative cultural facility: the Historial, the largest site dedicated to the memory of Joan of Arc, is located within the Rouen Archbishop’s Palace. After significant restoration work, this building – which is classified as a Historic Monument – is now open to the public since its opening in March 2015. For your seminars, cocktail dinners, conferences… the Joan of Arc Historial offers the Salle des États in the Archbishop’s Palace, dating from the 18th century. Chandeliers, statues, stained glass windows and classic paintings provide a sublime setting for your events, along with excellent architectural quality in a noted cultural site in the very heart of Rouen.
The Salle des États is a majestic 230m2 site which has a variable hosting capacity depending on the event:
- Conferences (tables + chairs): 100 participants
- Seminar, conference (chairs): 200 participants
- Seated dinner: 100 participants
- Cocktail parties (standing): 230 participants
Technical and logistics services: We support you to implement your project: from discussion on the space arrangement to logistics and technical organisation, our dedicated team is on hand!
THE RENTAL FEE INCLUDES:
An entrance ticket for each guest to visit the Historial, on the same day or a later date.
Drinks
A greeter during the rental period.
A SSIAP agent during the event or reception
Cleaning of the space to a satisfactory standard.
Furthermore, we are able to provide:

- 4 riders
- 1 video projector
- 1 projection screen
- 2 wireless microphones with consoles
- 7 wired microphones
- 1 Yamaha mixing console, 12 inputs
- 4 speakers
- Wiring + wiring sleeves.
RENTAL TERMS:
All guests can discover the Historial scenography: from the saga to creation of the myth of Joan of Arc. This visit can be on the same day, or at a later date. A chance for your guests to discover this Palace steeped in history and enjoy a unique and immersive experience at the Historial.
